Our newest coconut heads, the Owl, the Pussycat and their friend the Tiger have sailed into Montes & Clark in a very beautiful pea green boat . Its been a wild ride for our coconut heads since they made it into @houseandgardeuk, Made by Nahuatl artists who live in the Mezcala region in the Guerrero State, coconut shell masks have been made in Mexico since the 1950's. Made using coconuts, papier mache, paint, varnish and clay they are the ultimate way of UPCYCLING and if you are into folk art like us, make the most wonderful wall decorations.
